At AuraGlow Beauty Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a premium experience. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa and outlines your rights and our responsibilities.

1. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

In accordance with the CPA, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period after receiving your order.

  • You may return the product for any reason, provided it is:
    • Unused
    • In its original condition and packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • A full refund will be issued excluding original delivery fees.

2. Defective or Faulty Products (6-Month Warranty)

In line with Section 56 of the CPA:

If your LED mirror is defective, unsafe, or not of good quality, you are entitled to a remedy within 6 months of purchase.

You may choose:

  • A repair,
  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

⚠️ This applies only if the product has been used under normal conditions and not damaged through misuse.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

To protect product integrity and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to a defect)
  • Products not in original packaging
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
