Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days after dispatch.

4. Delays
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel directly through the courier.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos (if applicable)
We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
